Chances are you've seen our cats on some of the larger adoption sites. Please follow the links below and follow the instructions in order for us to help you adopt a Cat A Do cat(s) or kitten(s).

How to Adopt

Adoption events are held every Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You must be pre-approved by filling out the Adoption Consultation form to adopt.

Alternatives to Declawing

Cat A Do has a strict policy against the painful and dangerous practice of declawing. Recently we had contact with someone who took their kitten in for declawing and after surgery came back blind, incontinent and had problems with eating. In another situation, someone else had taken in their kitten for declawing and DIED. The US is one of the only countries left that hasn't outlawed this awful practice. Please get the facts on declawing before putting your furry friend through this.

There are many humane options for handling scratching out there. Please see the links posted below for more information and the alternatives to this horrible procedure.

IT'S FUN, IT'S REWARDING, and YOU WILL "LITERALLY" BE SAVING LIVES!!!

temporary fosters needed for cats and kittensEach and every cat or litter we can foster home means another life or multiple lives can be saved! It's easy to be a foster family... You take in the cat or litter and treat as if it were your own pet. Give them lots of TLC, get to know their likes/dislikes, and let them have a loving place to stay until they are adopted.

All medical is paid for by Cat A Do. Cat A Do FELV tests, fully vaccinates, spay/neuters, microchips all cats/kittens, and screens for excellent homes. If you have ever considered fostering a cat or kitten....now is the time! We need "YOUR" help to make a difference in the lives of these cats/kittens living or dying in the kill shelters and/or on the street.
